Planner and rates
Reprice the whole of August in one operation
The planner grid has three tabs — availability, rates and restrictions — and cell-by-cell editing. When the change is big, the bulk-edit drawer applies a date range filtered by days of the week, as an absolute value or as a variation.

The calendar covers 90 days with one row per room. Drag a booking and it moves. And when you want to tidy up the month, automatic assignment proposes the changes with the reason written in plain language and a score for every move.

A calendar with the price of every day and real availability in plain sight, several rooms and several rate plans in the same booking, and the payment terms you choose: at the hotel, card on file as a guarantee, deposit or paid in full.

Guest registration, without the spelling out
The guest points their phone camera at their ID and the fields fill themselves in. The front desk validates and that is it. The same data feeds the file for Mossos d’Esquadra or for SES.HOSPEDAJES, depending on where you are.

One availability for everything
Wherever a booking comes from — an OTA, your website or the phone — it draws availability from the same place. Because there are no two separate records, they cannot contradict each other, which is how overbookings happen.
Every automatic change, explained
When the system adjusts a price or proposes a room move, it keeps the why: which rule triggered it and which data it started from. You can always review what it did and why, and undo it if you disagree.
Your hotel, your database
Every hotel gets its own physical database, its own credentials and its own webhook secret. It is not a hotel_id column in a shared table.

A dashboard that checks, not one that decorates
Inside Hostelum there is a security status screen that genuinely verifies your installation: whether the connection is encrypted, how many administrators have two-factor enabled, whether the access log is working, whether there have been recent failed attempts. Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get Hostelum up and running?
A small property with its rates in order can be selling the same day. What sets the pace is not the software but each OTA approving the connection, which is down to them. We load the hotel, map rooms and rate plans and leave everything ready to publish.
Do I have to change channel manager?
You do not have to decide before we talk. Hostelum includes its own connection to 24 channels, which is what we recommend because rates, availability and restrictions all leave from the same screen you are already working in. Tell us what you use today and we will tell you how it fits.
Do you charge commission on bookings from my website?
No. The booking engine is included in the plan and we take no percentage on direct bookings. The only thing you pay separately are your payment gateway fees, which the gateway charges you directly.
Can I migrate from my current PMS?
Yes. We load rooms, room types, rates, photos and your guest database. Future bookings are migrated case by case depending on what your current system can export. We tell you what can and cannot come across before we start, not afterwards.
Does it work for a small hostel or guesthouse?
Yes, that is exactly what it was built for. You can use only what you need: some properties use just the PMS and the booking engine, others also run groups, meeting spaces and invoicing. You do not pay for modules you never switch on.
Where is the data hosted?
On servers in the European Union. Every hotel has its own database with its own credentials, and we take daily backups of files and databases.
