Revenue and reports

The numbers that actually change decisions

Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, lead time and channel mix, with the two readings that genuinely matter: by stay date and by booking date.

  • Production and pick-up on the same screen
  • Restrictions heat map by day and rate plan
  • Alerts for days closed to sale with rooms still free

Production or pick-up, depending on the question

How much will I bill in August and how much have I sold this week are two different questions, and they need two different readings of the same data. Switching between them is a toggle, not a new report.

Dashboard

The industry metrics, calculated properly

Occupancy, revenue, average daily rate, revenue per available room, average lead time and room nights sold, with the comparison against last year and the time series for the period.

  • Channel mix by OTA with bookings, revenue and share of the total
  • Cancellation rate and a comparison of base rate against adjusted rate
  • Export the dashboard to PDF for Monday’s meeting

Rate automation

Rules you can explain to your boss

You define conditions — occupancy below a threshold, lead time within a window, days of the week, special dates — and the system applies a percentage adjustment. It only touches rates: it never opens or closes sales on its own.

  • For every night it stores the base rate, the applied rate, the rule that moved it and the availability at that moment
  • If the condition stops being met, it undoes its own adjustment — but it respects anything you changed by hand
  • Special dates with national, regional or local scope
  • A configurable horizon and a global switch to pause everything

Alerts

The revenue you are leaving on the table

The heat map paints every day and rate plan green, amber or red according to its restrictions. And a specific alert warns you about days you have closed to sale while you still have rooms free, which is the most expensive mistake and the quietest.

Competitors

What the hotel next door is asking

You search for the properties that compete with you in your area, save them as a fixed set and pull their rates by date range to compare against yours, with history and a calendar.

This module is flagged as beta inside the product and requires a market data provider to be switched on. We tell you the cost before turning it on.

Frequently asked questions

Can automated rates run away with themselves?

Rules apply a percentage adjustment to your base rate and only within the horizon you configure. You can pause the whole automation with one switch and review in the audit trail which rule moved each night.

Can I see why a night is priced the way it is?

Yes. For every rate plan and date we store the base rate, the applied rate, the rule responsible and how many rooms were available when it was calculated.

Do I need to be a revenue manager to use it?

No. The dashboard is readable with no training, and the automation can be left switched off indefinitely. Plenty of properties start by just watching occupancy and ADR.
