Frequently asked questions
What counts as a room?
Every sellable unit: a hotel room, an apartment or a hostel bed if you sell it separately. Meeting rooms and spaces do not count, they have their own inventory.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Going live and migrating your data are included. If you need extra training beyond the initial go-live, that is quoted separately.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The monthly plan can be cancelled whenever you like. The annual plan works out at ten months instead of twelve and is billed in advance.
Do you charge commission per booking?
We take no percentage on direct bookings or on bookings that come in through the channels. The only variable cost is your payment gateway’s fees if you take payments online, which the gateway charges you directly.
What happens if I grow mid-year?
The room count is adjusted and prorated. If you go past your plan band, you move up to the next one with no penalty.
Can I try it first?
We show you the product with your own data in a session of around twenty minutes, and then we give you an environment to play with. We prefer that to a blind trial where nobody knows where to start.
