A separate diary, on purpose
A function room consumes no room availability and is not distributed through the OTAs, so running it through the same system only creates confusion. Here it gets its own module, while still appearing on the general calendar so the front desk sees everything together.

Every space has its type, its booking mode and its record with photos. The diary lets you block out days, change the rate for a specific date and create manual bookings with their own reference.

Frequently asked questions
Do function rooms consume room availability?
No. They are a completely separate inventory. They do not enter OTA distribution and do not affect the room planner, although they do show on the general calendar.
Can I charge by the hour?
Yes, each space is configured by full day, by time slot or by the hour, whichever makes sense for that space.
