Small hotels
A small hotel does not need less software. It needs less complication
Five to forty rooms, no IT department and nobody to hand the technical side to. What you need is bookings arriving on their own, one place to change your rates, and nothing anybody has to read a manual for.
Sound familiar?
- The software you were shown had screens you would never open, and cost as if you opened all of them
- The cheap alternative was a spreadsheet and a good memory
- Raising the price for a long weekend means logging into three or four extranets
- Nobody tells you the price until the second call
- When somebody new joins the front desk, they spend a week asking questions
What changes
Learned in an afternoon
Each user starts on the screen for their own job. The front desk sees arrivals, departures and who is in house; it does not see rates unless you want it to.
Published price
A plan tailored to your property, with a proposal in writing. No setup fee, no lock-in and no commission on direct bookings.
One update, every channel
Rates, availability and restrictions leave the planner for all 24 connected channels, when you decide.
Spanish compliance built in
Traveller registration with ID reading and invoicing adapted to Veri*Factu, without buying two more tools.
Where you are coming from, and how you get out
This is the part nobody talks about and the part that actually holds people back. It is not learning the new system: it is what happens to twenty years of data sitting somewhere else, and who keeps selling in the meantime.
- 1
You show us what you have
Whatever the format: a spreadsheet with a tab per month, a desktop program from fifteen years ago, the Booking extranet and a notebook. We look at it and tell you what can be brought across before you sign anything.
- 2
We load rooms and rates
Types, capacities, seasons and prices. We do this, you are not handed an empty account and a manual. You review it when it is ready.
- 3
We bring your existing bookings
The ones for the coming months come across before you go live, so you do not start a season with a blank calendar and the summer sitting somewhere else.
- 4
We connect the channels, one at a time
Booking.com first, since that is where most of it comes from, then the rest. While each connection is approved you carry on selling with what you had.
- 5
Day one is already a normal day
The front desk signs in and sees today’s arrivals. No three-day training and no consultant: if something is not obvious the first time, that is our mistake and we fix it.
Frequently asked questions
I run the hotel on a spreadsheet. Can that be moved across?
Yes, and it is where a lot of people come from. Send it however you keep it, we look at it and tell you what can be brought over. Rooms and rates always; future bookings almost always; eight years of history, it depends on the shape it is in.
How long until it is running?
Loading and configuration take hours. What sets the real pace is each OTA approving its connection, which is up to them and usually takes a day to a week. In the meantime you carry on selling with what you have.
Is there an implementation or training fee?
No. No setup, no implementation, no separate training. If a system needs three days of training for a twenty-room hotel, the problem is the system.
We are two people and neither of us is technical. Is that a problem?
That is the normal case. There is nothing to install or maintain: you work from the browser. And each user sees only their own screen, so whoever is on the desk does not need to understand rates or channels.
What if it does not convince me in a year?
You leave. There is no lock-in and we hand you a copy of your data. We would rather you stayed because it works than because a contract holds you.
Get it running this week
We migrate your rates, connect your channels and open you for sale. No setup fee and no lock-in.
