Loyalty
The guest who comes back is already yours. Stop paying for them twice.
A loyalty club with a digital card, a permanent discount on direct bookings and rewards for stays. You configure the whole thing from the dashboard, it gets its own public page in your branding, and it adds the stamp only once the stay has genuinely happened.
- A digital card with one stamp per stay
- A fixed discount on your direct channels only
- Your own sign-up page, with your logo and your colours

The sum almost nobody does
You know what an OTA booking costs you. Now think about the guest who has come back three times through the same channel: you have paid three times to bring in someone who already knew you. A loyalty club exists to break that cycle — you give them a concrete reason to come in through your own site, and the first time they do, the discount has already paid for itself.
The card
A stamp card, but one that does not get lost in a drawer
The guest sees their stamps, how far they are from the next reward and which benefits are active. No app to install and no extra password to invent: they get in through a single-use link sent to their email.
- Membership numbers are not sequential, so nobody can work out how many members you have
- They can edit their details, switch language and opt out themselves
- A printable version with a QR, if you would rather hand over something physical at reception

The stamp
It only counts once the stay has genuinely happened
This is where these programmes normally break. A booking created does not count. A booking cancelled does not count. A no-show does not count. The stamp goes on when the guest has done the check-out, and if a stay that has already counted is cancelled afterwards, it is reversed with the movement left in plain sight rather than touching the counter behind the scenes.
- A booking of several rooms gives one stamp, not four
- The same event repeated does not duplicate the stamp: counting is idempotent
- Every manual adjustment demands a reason and lands in a log that cannot be edited

The public page
Your club, on its own page, in your branding
Every hotel has its own public address where guests sign up: your logo, your colours, your copy and your terms. Sign-up asks for the bare minimum, verifies the email with a link that expires, and leaves the marketing consent box unticked, kept separate from the terms of service.
- Published in the languages you choose, with the rest falling back to the main one
- You can switch off public sign-up without switching off the programme
- Built for mobile, which is where people actually sign up
The discount
Calculated on the server, and only on what you decide
The percentage applies solely on your direct channels and only to the rates, rooms and dates you have marked as eligible. The price is recalculated and validated again on the server before confirming, so it never depends on whatever comes back from the browser.
- By default it does not stack with other promotions, unless you allow it
- Every booking stores the rule that was applied to it, so changing the configuration does not rewrite history
- A cancellation undoes the commercial effect without erasing the trail

None of this comes fixed from the factory
If you run several hotels, each one has its own programme, its own benefits and its own rewards. They share neither members nor progress: the same guest can be a member of two of your hotels with two separate cards.
The benefits
A direct discount, early check-in, late check-out, access to an exclusive area, promotions through the year. You order them, give them an icon and conditions, and switch on the ones you want.
The milestones
How many stays each reward takes and what gets handed over. Five, ten and fifteen is only the example it starts with: you can set whatever you like.
The languages
You choose which ones the page and the card are published in, with a main language that anything untranslated falls back to.
Sign-up at reception
With a "New VIP guest" button that uses exactly the same form and the same validations as the public page, so the two never drift apart.
The permissions
Who can look, who can sign people up, who can adjust stays and who can export are separate permissions. Seeing the list gives nobody the right to touch anyone’s counter.
The trail
Sign-ups, verifications, stamps, reversals, redemptions and configuration changes are all recorded, with who did it and when.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from an ordinary points card?
There are no points. Points programmes make the guest do sums and remember what each one is worth. Here there are stamps: one stay, one stamp, and a concrete reward when you reach the number. It is the same mechanism as the coffee shop card, which works precisely because it needs no explaining.
When exactly does a stay count?
When the guest has done the check-out. Not when they book, not when they arrive, not while they are staying. And a booking of three rooms for the same person counts as one stamp, not three. If a stay that has already counted is cancelled or corrected afterwards, a reversal is generated that stays visible in their history instead of deleting the movement.
I run several hotels. Do they share members?
No, and that is deliberate. Each hotel has its own programme, its own benefits, its own rewards and its own members. The same guest can sign up at two of your hotels with the same email and will have two independent cards, with separate progress and separate consents. Mixing them would create legal and commercial problems that are not worth it.
What about GDPR?
Consent to receive marketing communications is kept separate from the terms needed to deliver the service, and it comes unticked. It is stored with its date, its version and its source, so if anyone asks you can prove when and how it was given. Unsubscribing from marketing is immediate. And the hotel cannot tick that box on the guest’s behalf without valid evidence that the guest gave it.
Does the guest need to install an app?
No. The card is a web page that opens in their browser. They get in through a single-use link we send to their email, which expires and can be revoked. There are no passwords to remember and none that can leak.
Can I sign someone up from the front desk?
Yes, with the "New VIP guest" button. Before creating anything it checks whether that person is already a member so you do not duplicate them. The sign-up is marked as done by staff, with who did it, and the email stays on record as unverified until its owner confirms it: someone reciting their email address at reception is no proof that it is theirs.
